Roborock launches the Saros 10: The smartest vacuum yet

A new era in intelligent home cleaning

Roborock has unveiled its latest flagship robot vacuum, the Saros 10, marking a major leap forward in the evolution of smart home cleaning technology. Designed for modern, connected lifestyles, the Saros 10 combines AI-powered navigation, automatic mop cleaning, and a self-emptying dock — offering homeowners a fully autonomous cleaning experience.

Smarter, faster, cleaner

At the heart of the Saros 10 is Roborock’s upgraded Reactive AI 3.0 system, which uses onboard cameras and LiDAR sensors to map rooms in real time, recognize household objects, and adapt cleaning routes on the fly. From tangled cables to pet bowls, the Saros 10 is smart enough to avoid everyday obstacles while maintaining optimal cleaning coverage.

The new HyperForce Suction 2.0 system delivers up to 11,000 Pa of suction power, ensuring deep carpet cleaning and efficient dust extraction on hard floors. Meanwhile, the adaptive mop pressure technology automatically adjusts intensity based on surface type, making the transition from tile to rug seamless.

All-in-one dock: a hands-free revolution

Roborock’s OmniDock Pro transforms the Saros 10 into a truly maintenance-free device. The dock automatically empties dust, washes and dries the mop pad with heated air, and even refills the robot’s water tank. This means users can go up to 60 days without manual intervention, redefining the concept of “set-and-forget” cleaning.

Designed for connected living

The Saros 10 integrates with Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Apple HomeKit, allowing for voice control and scheduling via smart home assistants. Through the Roborock App, users can view 3D maps of their homes, set customized cleaning zones, and receive real-time performance updates.

Sustainability meets performance

In addition to performance gains, Roborock has incorporated eco-friendly features into the Saros 10. The reusable mop pads are made from sustainable materials, and the docking system uses energy-efficient drying cycles to reduce power consumption.

Availability and pricing

The Roborock Saros 10 is set to launch globally in October 2025, with pricing starting at US $1,199 (approximately R22,000 in South Africa). Local availability will follow through major retailers and online stores later this year.

A glimpse into the future of smart homes

With the Saros 10, Roborock continues to blur the line between robotics and household convenience. More than just a vacuum, it’s an intelligent home assistant that learns, adapts, and works autonomously — a testament to how far smart living has come in 2025.
