Aerobotics Is Pioneering Intelligent Agritech Solutions

Aerobotics, a leading agritech company at the intersection of aerial imagery and artificial intelligence, proves its continued commitment to transforming agriculture with its innovative technology.

Agriculture has long been humanity’s cornerstone, and as we navigate the complexities of feeding a growing population while safeguarding our planet’s resources, Aerobotics is dedicated to making farming more sustainable and fruitful through intelligent solutions.

Founded by James Paterson and Benji Meltzer, Aerobotics was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges faced by growers. James, raised on a farm outside Cape Town, experienced firsthand the struggles of agricultural communities. Teaming up with Benji, they combined their expertise in aeronautics and machine learning to address these challenges.

Their journey began with assembling drones and conducting trials on James’ family farm. Through the power of artificial intelligence, they unlocked insights from aerial imagery, revealing hidden problems imperceptible to the naked eye.

Today, Aerobotics has analyzed over one hundred million trees, providing growers, investors, and insurers with actionable insights to enhance production and profitability.

Comprised of agronomists, engineers, product developers, creatives, and customer service experts, Aerobotics boasts a diverse team dedicated to serving global customer base. With headquarters in California and South Africa, they operate across 18+ countries, supported by over 100 drone pilots capturing aerial imagery for our clients.
