Prosus Launches Found-HER Challenge to Support Women Tech Founders in Türkiye

Prosus has launched its Found-HER Challenge in Türkiye, partnering with Endeavor Türkiye and payments company iyzico to help women entrepreneurs grow technology businesses.

The initiative targets ventures with a female founder or co-founder, offering opportunities to secure equity-free grants, increase visibility and access Prosus’s global business network.

Funding Without Giving Up Ownership

The programme aims to address barriers women face in accessing capital. Successful ventures will receive non-dilutive funding, allowing founders to obtain financial support without surrendering a stake in their businesses.

The Türkiye launch follows previous editions that, according to Prosus, have reached more than 1,300 women founders across India, Africa and Romania.

Ten Ventures to Pitch

Applications opened on 23 September and close on 16 October 2026.

Following evaluation, ten selected ventures will present their business models and growth plans to investors, industry representatives and the media on 18 November 2026. A jury will determine the grant recipients.

Building Connections for Growth

Endeavor Türkiye Managing Director Aslı Kurul Türkmen said the partnership seeks to improve access to investment while helping women founders gain international exposure.

Applications are accessible through the Endeavor and Prosus websites.
