Amazfit Unveils Balance 3 Premium Fitness Watch

Hybrid training takes centre stage

Wearable technology brand Amazfit has expanded its premium smartwatch lineup with the launch of the Balance 3, a fitness-focused wearable designed to help users seamlessly balance strength training, endurance workouts and recovery.

Officially unveiled on 2 June 2026, the smartwatch introduces Amazfit’s new “Train with Structure” philosophy, combining advanced hardware with intelligent coaching through the Zepp app. The company says the watch is aimed at athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking for a more holistic approach to training.

Built for serious athletes

The Balance 3 sports a 1.5-inch AMOLED display capable of reaching 3,000 nits of peak brightness, making it significantly easier to read outdoors in direct sunlight. The display is protected by sapphire glass, while the watch offers dual-band GPS, offline maps, turn-by-turn navigation and automatic route recalculation for outdoor adventures.

Battery life remains one of the smartwatch’s standout features, with Amazfit claiming users can expect up to 21 days of typical use on a single charge, while GPS tracking can last up to 41 hours, making it well suited for marathon runners, hikers and endurance athletes.

Smarter fitness guidance

Beyond hardware upgrades, Amazfit is positioning the Balance 3 as a personal training companion. The smartwatch integrates structured workout planning, recovery monitoring and performance analytics through the Zepp ecosystem.

Among its headline features are HYROX-specific training plans, race simulations and virtual pacing tools, reflecting Amazfit’s growing partnership with the global fitness racing brand. The watch also supports more than 180 sports modes, catering to everyone from gym-goers to trail runners and cyclists.

Premium features at a competitive price

The stainless-steel version of the Amazfit Balance 3 launches at $369.99, while a titanium edition is expected to follow at $449.99. Positioned below the flagship Balance Ultra, the smartwatch offers many of the same premium capabilities at a more accessible price point.

Challenging established rivals

With the Balance 3, Amazfit is making a stronger push into the premium sports watch segment traditionally dominated by brands such as Garmin and Apple. Industry analysts note that the combination of premium materials, long battery life, advanced mapping and structured training features gives Amazfit a more compelling offering for serious fitness enthusiasts seeking value without sacrificing performance.
