It all started in 2015 when Erin Rowe, Allspring founder, has her supposed dream job in management consulting. But she hates it. In fact, she wants out.
Equipped with a business degree and a network of contacts from college alumni to senior-level advisors, it should be easy to land the next role, right? Wrong.
During the recruiting process, Erin Rowe kept hitting dead ends, and every piece of advice she was offered seemed to be meant for someone who looked quite different from her.
Eventually, Erin successfully made her career transition into product. But the obstacle course that she had to complete to get there? She didn’t want anyone else to have to go through that. And so – the idea for Allspring started to form.
In early 2020, Allspring was born, and they’ve been helping people find a career that balances purpose and paycheck ever since.
