Valley Hub founder Eva Barasa enables retail businesses

Eva Barasa is the founder of Valley Hub which enables retail businesses with a digital supply chain to manage and build their business brand easily by leveraging technology.

Eva is passionate about social and economic development. She had the honor to be among 25 African women selected for the Future is female PR mentorship program, leading to a significant mention in Forbes magazine and a six-month-long Business Development, PR and digital marketing training and execution program. Eva is also currently a fellow in the Jim leech MCF program for leadership. Her working experience has been precisely in Saas sales & Marketing, communication, partnerships management , fintech and digital platforms.

Speaking on her career, Barasa says;

My experience leading a team tremendously changed my perspective of working with stakeholders, teams, and partners. I developed my interpersonal communication and understanding of each stakeholder’s role in accomplishing our roles. Additionally, I previously led and managed projects in the sales field. Such as an expansion plan to generate fresh leads, build the brand and create a new demographic of target partners. The project included planning and hosting webinars, networking events, and booking in-person meetings online, leading to over 70% of our target objectives being accomplished. I also built PR on publications like Built-in Africa, TechCrunch, tech cabal, disrupt Africa and Forbes

Valley Hub assessed the pain points related to process management in the retail and real estate industry. The company identified digital solutions to improve efficiency to lead to increased profitability and solidifying a business’ value proposition to their customers.
