Diana Wilson is the Founder & CEO of Yielding Accomplished African Women (Yaa.W). Yaa.W is named after and in the spirit of Yaa Asantewaa, a Ghanaian feminist heroine, Queen mother and warrior. They are a globally recognized nonprofit and their work has been featured by MTV, Google, The Malala Fund, Face2Face Africa, Blavity, The Late Afternoon Show with Berla Mundi and many more.
Yaa.W has Our Girl, Our Future Finance and Technology Accelerator which is a unique opportunity for second and third year female college students to build a solid foundation in the wide world of professional services. Upon completion, all participants are guaranteed a first-round interview with one of the sponsoring companies such as Bank of America, PwC, Microsoft, Makedu Consult and many more.
