REVA University has honoured ten women advancing India’s technology sector at the 2026 Women Tech Leaders India Awards, recognising achievements spanning artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, banking and engineering.
The ceremony took place at Taj West End in Bengaluru on 25 September during the RACEx 360 technology conclave. Now in its fourth edition, the initiative has recognised 40 women across four cohorts.
Recognising Innovation and Leadership
This year’s recipients included SAP Labs India managing director Sindhu Gangadharan, Dreamfly Innovations co-founder Kajal Shah, STEMPlay Labs founder Aditi Prasad and cybersecurity leader Lekshmi Nair.
Fellow honourees were Chitra Sukumar, Dr. Ramkumari Harisankar Iyer, Anshuma Singh, Swathi Nelabhatla, Krithika Muthukrishnan and Rajsri Rengan.
Nominees were assessed on innovation, business impact, leadership and their contribution to diversity and inclusion.
Creating Opportunities for Others
The recognition also highlighted efforts to widen participation in technology, from mentoring women and supporting career returners to improving access to STEM education.
A coffee table book launched at the ceremony documents the recipients’ professional journeys, connecting their technical achievements with their work to create opportunities for others.
