There are some great Android apps that can guide your fitness journey, whether your thing is running, yoga or going to the gym. Alcatel recommends some apps that will help you meet your goals.

  1. Daily Yoga

  1. J&J Official 7 Minute Workout

Designed by Chris Jordan, Director of Exercise Physiology at the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute, the app has been downloaded more than 2.5 million times. It features 22 pre-set workouts, varying in intensity and duration. Workouts are designed to fit your schedule, ranging from seven to 32 minutes.
