On 18 July 2024, Droppa visited Bulamahlo Home & Day Care Centre (BHDCC) in Lifateng, Tembisa. BHDCC was established in 1989 by Mrs.
Regina Sekgobela as a creche and day-care center to provide education and child care services to the community. Over the years, Ma Regina has extended her care to abandoned and abused children, earning a reputation for her compassion and dedication.
As part of our commitment to making a positive impact, Droppa installed new toilets and basins at BHDCC.
This initiative aims to enhance the living conditions of the children at the orphanage and is a reflection of our dedication to community service and development. Our team of plumbers and employees contributed their time and skills to ensure the success of this project.
“Droppa is proud to support Bulamahlo Home & Day Care Centre. By improving sanitation and living conditions, we hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these children,”
said Khathutshelo Mufamadi, Founder and CEO of Droppa.
In addition to our work in Tembisa, Droppa also conducted a significant initiative in Venda. We donated stationery packs to 44 children at the Thohoyandou orphanage center, which operates under the Department of Social Development. This donation was part of our Nelson Mandela Day campaign and was received with great appreciation by the Made New Organisation and its board members.
“These stationery packs will bring hope to the children and inspire them to strive for an education-filled life. Education opens many doors, and we believe that through Droppa’s generosity, doors of hope, love and prosperity will be opened for these children”
said Rabelani, Founder and Director of Made New Organisation.
